HTMLview.CanGoForward -- learn if browser can go forward
Function
This attribute is set to True whenever there is a page in the history that
the browser can go forward to. You can set up a notification on this attribute
and disable/enable the "Forward" button of your toolbar depending on the state
of this attribute.
