Is it possible to set them both in a single source code of a MUI Royale project?
Do they don't disturb each other?

Sure, that's no problem at all. If you look at the examples that come with MUI Royale, you can see that many use both, e.g. VideoPlayer, SongPlayer, MultiDisplays...
